HEADWEAR

Hoods, hats, turbans and hijabs all appeared on a number of designer catwalks this season... to mixed response. Some saw the use of the latter religious headwear to be tone-deaf cultural appropriation, while others celebrated it for increasing visibility of groups often underrepresented in mainstream fashion.
